I would like to place on this page this dedication to Lorene Parchman, who passed away a few days before Christmas. Lorene was the wife of Kenny Parchman (See Picture) Lorene was buried on her birthday, December the 24^th (Christmas Eve) 2007

Lorene was a brilliant person, and she helped Barb’s & me tremendously by introducing us to various venues and musicians, in Jackson. The first time we met she pulled up in her car, dragged us both in, and took us to the Rockabilly hall of fame, in Jackson, shortly after that she wangled me onto the stage with W S Holland and Co... The video is below. Thank you for everything you did for us Lorene, and I place this here with Love to you and all your family. We will miss you Lorene, Hickory & Barbara Smith
